Return and Exchange Policy

What is the K-N9NE return policy? 

-If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you must return your order within 7 days of delivery date.  Please ensure your return meets the following requirements. 

⁃ The product is in its original state and packaging 

⁃ No damage of any kind towards the product 

⁃ Apparel has its original tags 

Exchange policy 

-If you would like to exchange your order for a different size a new exchange order will be created for the size you select. You must return your product within 7 days of delivery date to be eligible for exchange. Your exchange order will start processing once our team has processed the return order. Please allow up to 14 business days plus standard shipping times for delivery of all exchanged products. An email with your exchange order tracking will be sent once your order ships.
